Best Fusion Restaurants in Paradise

The food here is unreal. The appetizers are delicious the stracciatell I will dream about tonight & the chicken parm is the best I’ve had… and I’m picky! This was for dinner and it was amazing. The service could use improvements like plates and refills without constantly being asked otherwise will be back!

We love the food here. We've rarely had an issue. We've brought lots of couples here for dinner. Some are business clients. The only complaints we've had: The fans do not keep it cool enough. It gets really hot in here and it gets uncomfortable. We did ask the waiter to turn off one fan because it created a strobe effect right over us and two of the people I was with have vertigo, so it was making them ill. The other complaint is the drinks are always room temp-ish or barely cold. Especially the beers/wine. Red wine is usually served at cooler temps, just like white wines. The white wines are not near cold enough. But the beers are barely cold making them undesirable. Sometimes, the meat is well overcooked. Other than these issues, this place is great. We usually get good service, and the food is almost always on point.

We enjoyed the scallops and black cod. Excellent!

FUN EXPERIENCE! Go in with an open mind and a willingness to explore! Weird to give pitch black dining room 5* for "ambience" but it is exactly that. Staff and service is excellent. They help you navigate a meal in the dark. Be prepared to expand touch and taste and smell and texture and temperature in ways you may not expect. The meal is delicious!

What a wonderful experience! The presentation, ambience, food, and environment was top notch. This meal, the staff, and wonderful timing will bring me back once again very soon.
