Best Greek Restaurants in Davie

Everything was great! Great food, great service, great ambience. The biggest complaint was that the cost of the bill was WAY HIGHER than I thought it was going to be since it turns out that what we ordered was way more food than we realized & needed & so the bill was way too high. As well, we are from Canada so the cost of everything is already 1.5 X as much as everyone else so I think it might have been helpful if our waiter who was otherwise excellent had advised us not to order what we ordered & recommended alternatives.

We had the Theo’s chips and stuffed squash flowers for appetizers. I would highly recommend both. My wife had the Bronzino and I had the filet mignon souvlaki. They were both excellent. I tried their great beer Mythos which was crisp and refreshing. My wife had the spicy margarita and she enjoyed it. Unfortunately, we did not have room for dessert, but they looked fantastic. This place was recommended to us by my cousin, and I can’t wait to think of when I see her.

We ended up at Mykonos by mistake. We had the best time, dancing, having fun... atmosphere is great! They have live music Fridays and Saturdays and we really really enjoyed it

For cold meze, I highly recommend the traditional fava bean spread, eggplant (babaganoush), green goddess dip (similar to tzatziki), and shrimp carpaccio—all fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Among the hot meze, we tried the rib steak over the wood-fired grill, which, while cooked well, needed a bit more seasoning. However, the grilled Dorado fish was outstanding—perfectly cooked and full of flavor. We rarely order dessert, but the chocolate mousse with cherries was a standout and an absolute must-try. Service at Doya is team-oriented, delightful, and impressively quick. The food comes out fast, making for a seamless dining experience without feeling rushed. Overall, Doya delivers a wonderful dining experience, with a well-executed menu, great service, and a lively atmosphere. Highly recommend for anyone looking to explore high-quality Mediterranean flavors in a shareable format.
