Suzume is a Hawaiian style mall food court inspired by Japanese and Filipino influenced dishes. Check out the full bar for sake, cocktails and beer, including the Kona Big Wave, Matsurika Pilsner, and Other Half Brewing Poetry Snaps. We offer a variety of small plates that's great for sharing; Syd's bok choy & peashoot salad, spicy butter wings with ginger yogurt dipping sauce, crispy rice salmon or tuna, and fried chicken bao with a buttermilk dressing.
