A New Year's Day Lunch to Remember! We kicked off the new year with a fantastic lunch at Deccan Spice Restaurant in Edison on January 1st! The team has truly outdone themselves with their revamped menu and carefully crafted full-meal thali. Standout Dishes: 1. Salmon Bites: Crispy, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. 2. It was what I expected very good Indian cuisine!!!!!!

Excellent food. Impeccable service. We thoroughly enjoyed our dining experience. Next time I’ll do the 3 course, instead of the 4. The portions were a bit larger than I thought they’d be- which I am not complaining about. Although the decor is pleasing- it lacks vibe. One could say the decor is a blank slate to better show off the art of the food- but it’s just a bit sterile, imho.

Excellent food. Their goat biriyani is just too good. Unfortunately they could not provide the orange kulfi even after taking order as it apparently melted. They should be watchful as it happened in past also on other items.
