The Boiler’s fresh live seafood, ribs, and burger selection is the result of the food epiphany of a Singaporean banker. Returning to Singapore from LA in 2008, his tastebuds awoken to the possibilities of Cajun cooking, he resolved to bring the flavours of the Louisianian seafood boil to his home city. Though separated by a continent and an ocean, the cuisines are surprisingly compatible – fresh seafood simply prepared in a down-home style with a distinct kick.
