Bar Red is located just east of Colfax and Glenarm, two blocks from the Colorado Convention Center and directly across Colfax from the Golden Triangle. Bar Red offers Authentic Italian cuisine.     Lovely! Our second visit. Service is perfect. Great ambiance. We had the special Valentines menu. The burrata was really creative in the garnish and presentation. Wish bread came with it as just forkfuls of cheese isn’t ideal. The squid ink pasta was very good. Alittle salty. Loved my short rib with polenta. Our desserts were outstanding and the decaf espresso was so good! Will certainly go back for the regular menu.

    Went here for Valentine’s with the hubby. The atmosphere was intimate and lovely. They gave us a rose, there were rose petals on the table, and the other patrons were all having their conversations at the same level so there was just a nice quiet mummer over the restaurant. It was so nice and the food was terrific, it was the first dinner in months where neither of us felt drawn to take out our phones. The energy was just right for us to feel like being engaging with one another. 10/10 would (and most likely will) dine again.

    We went for Valentines and it was our first time there. We chose the restaurant based on the online reviews and the reviews were spot on. We were seated right away. Greeted right away. Service and food were outstanding!!!! We now have a new favorite Italian restaurant for when we are visiting Downtown.
