- SSabrinaNew York City •1 review5.0Dined 3 days agoCame here for my boyfriend’s birthday with his parents. From start to finish, our experience was amazing- which is happening less and less in NYC. The staff was so kind and friendly and knowledgeable with the menu. The atmosphere was beautiful! Quiet, cozy, not overwhelming and so clean. We started with the focaccia which was delicious and a couple of other appetizers. We all enjoyed our dishes and it was the perfect portion. Their cocktails are great too! Especially the classic spritz. The staff was so attentive and made my boyfriend’s day feel extra special. Thank you, Palma! Can’t wait to return.More infoPalmaPrice: Very Expensive• Italian• Greenwich Village•4.9

On top of that, our waiter Joseph was OUTSTANDING. I’ve traveled the world for food and wine - this place, plus Joseph’s stewardship captaining the experience, was actually magical So, I’d recommend it :)More infoBabbo RistorantePrice: Very Expensive• Italian• Greenwich Village•4.4

So why would I tell anyone that they make the best baked clams in the city? Or the veal chop smothered in peppers is to die for the fact I have been coming here for over thirty years and the quality hasn’t changed shouldn’t influence anyone to go to Montes so do me a favor and go somewhere elseMore infoMonte's TrattoriaPrice: Expensive• Italian• Greenwich Village•4.6
