Best Italian Restaurants in Mass Ave

Our experience was just about perfect in every way except I didn’t like my entree. I ordered the Seafood Lasagna and it had a lot of cheese and a creamy sauce only a few pieces of sea food in it. I was also disappointed with my dessert it was chocolate dipped strawberries and the berries were small and didn’t have much chocolate on them. My wife loved her entree she got the chicken Marsala. Our server was amazing he took good care of us. We think the Expresso martinis we had may be the best we have ever had. We love Iozzo’s and we will back it is one of our favorite restaurants in Indianapolis.

Our server Kyle J was phenomenal and went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied with every aspect of our dinner. Wencome here often and will continue to ask for him. The manager also made our night so special. A great Valentines day

Friday night dinner. Sat in the bar area. Sarah was our very attentive server. Filet for myself and Chicken Caesar salad for the date. We added the mac and cheese (a MUST!) and the truffle wedges. All items were great! Filet was cooked perfectly to medium. Tender. Great flavor and not overseasoned. Top quality meat. One of the few steakhouses where you get what you pay for. Worth it every time! Phenomenal wine list, both by the glass and by the bottle. One of the few places in town with a) a great wine selection; and b) reasonably priced wines by the glass. Desert menu was uninspiring (maybe because we were full?), but you might enjoy some of the offerings. Shout out to Steven, the busser (I believe) for being engaging and friendly with us. He was multi-tasking like crazy, and doing so while being nice. Love Tony’s. My favorite steakhouse in town. Great people work for great people, and you’ll more than likely find a top notch experience here.

The food was delicious. The atmosphere was perfect. Taste is subjective, but I felt like this was one of the best lasagnas I’ve ever had. 

Went for a date night, we got fried calamari, olives, bread service, short rib ravioli, vongole pasta, and a couple glasses of wine. Bread “service” was misleading in that it was only several pieces of bread—we should have asked for this to come out with our pasta. But all other food was wonderful. My partner was excited about how the calamari was “the best he’s ever had.” Pasta was perfectly cooked, our server perfectly understood when I asked for not sweet wine. Service was across the board great as well!
