Best Italian Restaurants in Lake Worth

As usual, the restaurant was busy and lively as well. It's a welcome change from the somewhat stuffy restaurant that are the norm here. Prices are reasonable, food is good, prepared to order and served hot from the kitchen and service is friendly. Our waitress Vanessa was helpful, professional and friendly. Only wish they will get a liquor license as all they can serve now is beer, wine and some mildly alcoholic cocktails...

Marcello’s La Sirena is our “ go to” restaurant for special occasions! They NEVER disappoint.

One of the best dining experiences we have had in Palm Beach County. From the friendly staff, impeccable service, fantastic wine and outstanding food, this place has it all. I love wine and the fact that they served some fantastic wines by the glass was unique and very special. Usually the better wines only come by the bottle at most places and with just two people that doesn’t always work. They also pour a generous amount in the correct type of glass. Spot on! I had the salt encrusted Branzino as an entree. Wow served table side, where it’s filleted to perfection with not a single bone on my plate. It tasted fantastic. The only downside is that it is a bit pricey, but for a special occasion I wouldn’t hesitate. Will be returning soon.

We had the most wonderful dinner to celebrate my husband’s birthday. Our server Neely was attentive, funny and really made the meal extra special. The food was absolutely delicious. Everything was fresh, full of flavor and served hot! Highly recommend the eggplant Parmesan, pumpkin, ravioli, chili, and Seabass and linguine and clams. The tiramisu was outrageous and the warm chocolate lava cake was next level. We can’t wait to come back!

Great food, cocktails, etc. Food was delicious and hot! Hate warm or luke warm meals. Only negative was the noise. Very difficult to have a conversation. That's easily remedied. I have recommended Cafe SSapori to many friends. None has ever come back and said they didn't like it.
