Best Italian Restaurants in Northshore

This was our first visit. The food was outstanding, the service was probably the worst we have ever had. We ordered appetizers, then 10 minutes later we were asked if we were ready to order any appetizers. We ordered entrees and half an hour later we were asked if we were ready to order our meals. We said that she already had taken our order and she said “oh yes, that’s right”. Five minutes later, she comes back to ask us again what we had ordered. It took over an hour to receive our entrees. We ordered our salad without cheese and it came out with cheese. We ordered bread and never received it and my second glass of wine took half an hour to get. They weren’t full, or on a wait. The food was absolutely amazing once we received it. The service was no fault of the kitchen. I’d say we would return because the food was so great, but the service was so terrible that I don’t see us returning. We were also overcharged but after being there so long, we just decided to pay and leave.

Great service today on Christmas day! So busy but servers were awesome. I messed up on timing of my reservation but they worked hard to accommodate my mistake. Food was great and good quantity.

I’ve eaten here several times and have never had a problem. I would like to see the noise levels reduced.

We have dined at Impastato Cellars many times over the last ten years. All but one visit were excellent. The staff is excellent and the food has been consistently great. Mike
