The food, service, and atmosphere was incredible! I came to celebrate my birthday, and Forza Storico did not disappoint! I have no favorite dish, because they were all that good! The flavors of each dish and even the sides were impeccable. I wanted to keep eating even though I was completely full. Our waiter was knowledgeable, kind, and insightful; he even brought a stool for me to set my bag on and adjusted the lamp for my wary eyes. I will definitely return to try more food and wine. They made us feel like honored guests without being overbearing—exactly what excellent service should be. The star of the evening, however, was undoubtedly the food. While everything we ordered was beautifully prepared and bursting with flavor, the Crab Ravioli deserves special mention. This dish was a masterpiece: delicate pasta filled with a creamy blend of spinach, ricotta, and fresh herbs, paired with tender lump crab. The brown butter sauce was luxurious, perfectly balanced by the nuttiness of the almond picada and the sharpness of the parmesan, a citrus zest and fresh herbs. Every bite was a revelation, combining richness and freshness in equal measure.
