Enjoyed a perfect Prosecco and Chianti and chatted with a few folks sitting at the bar. This place always feels like family, the team at Solare is always helpful and engaging.. We took a table outside and had a fantastic meal. I especially liked the Lamb Porterhouse. So good. The seasoning was very unique. The Owner, Randy, even stopped by. He really seemed to care about how our meal was, and offered a few suggestions. Our server Francois, helped us get the perfect wine, and was extremely attentive, even though this was one of their busiest nights of the year. The pastas were absolutely outstanding—I especially loved my Arrabiatissima with malfalde and guanciale—and the table-side-made tiramisu was the best we’ve ever had. We loved the ambiance of the outside patio. Everything was splendid and the staff worked tirelessly and successfully to create a festive environment.
