Best Italian Restaurants in Queen West

We ate so early the place was empty (5pm Sat night). Be that as it may, the service was great, the food was great, and the restaurant was pretty. It started getting busier as we were leaving. I’m sure the vibe is easy and fun when it’s busy.

It’s been a while since I’ve been to Terroni. The last time was at their Victoria Street location. I regret not returning earlier because our experience was excellent! The food was delicious and fresh. The Chianti suggested by their sommelier was an excellent pairing to the food. Our server (Acascia) was extremely friendly but professional. Even though it was busy, she made us feel welcomed. We will definitely be back!

Always great atmosphere and this time a little more dance music than the usual 70s and 80s groove, it was just going to be a small meal filled with some salad and the baked eggplant and pizza to share, followed with some chocolate gelato, from hostess to waitress always perfect, Vanessa is an absolute doll and next to Cassie is one of our favourites, cheers

It’s was our second time at the restaurant. We sat at the bar and were looked after by Iain and Andrew. Superb atmosphere and wonderful food. Can’t say enough about our evening and looking forward to coming back. Definitely our fav place to eat in the City right now.

The food is absolutely amazing, and I highly recommend visiting this location specifically —you’ll enjoy incredible food, excellent wine, and top-notch service. I originally had a reservation at the Adelaide location, but the experience with the hostess there was AWFUL so AVOID IT. We arrived earlier (30 min) than our reservation due to a snowstorm, and I asked if we could be seated. The hostess was terrible—she seemed stressed and wouldn’t even make eye contact when speaking to me. She rudely asked us to move aside while she finished something else, which I could overlook. But eventually, she came back and told us they were at capacity and suggested we “just cancel”. She didn’t offer for us to wait at the bar, or say something like “let me see what I can do,” or even politely explain that we could only be seated at our reserved time. Instead, she asked us to leave in a tone that was completely unnecessary. I’m so glad I decided to switch to the location on Queen instead!
