Best Italian Restaurants in Schiller Park

The food was excellent. In addition, if you want a little tableside service and show, the cheese wheel pasta and the flamed desserts are fun. The kids at the table next to us seemed really entertained by this. Even though I would say it's more of a date place than a kid place, some kids would probably enjoy the tableside service. My spouse went for the food but just also really enjoyed the general ambiance, which right now also has some holiday decor, to make it a perfect holiday date place. The wait staff was very helpful when we asked about various drink options and did not even come close to suggesting the most expensive item, for the most part. So, it really was all about the service, in the end.

Carmine’s is always my go to spot when I land at O’Hare. If I’m not sitting at the bar talking to Bobby, one of the hardest working bartenders I’ve met, I have business dinners with customers. They’re always requesting that I take them back for dinner whenever I’m in town. Phil greets everyone with his great smile and makes everyone feel at home. Kevin, the valet, hustles in any kind of weather. Everyone on staff are incredible. Just note - their portions are big and will be leaving with a take-out carton. Can’t wait to be back soon.

The restaurant wasn’t very busy at the time we went, so it’s hard to judge what the noise level would be if they were full. It’s a cute place with delicious pizza and very helpful and accommodating staff. We had a very nice time!
