Fabulous dining experience from start to finish. Our cocktails, appetizers (pulpo and burrata), mains (beef short rib tagliatelle special and eggplant involtini), warm focaccia, wine with help from the sommelier, chocolate torte, and post dinner drinks, were all top notch (and v large portions on the food). Charming and efficient server (Jenn S) made us feel welcome. Lovely ambience although noise level was pretty high due to loud neighbors.

I recently dined at Il Terrazzo Carmine in Seattle to celebrate a birthday, and it was an exceptional experience. We secured a 5 PM reservation, and the restaurant offers complimentary valet parking inside a nearby garage, which, once validated, is free during dinner service. Though tucked between two large buildings and not visible from the main streets, a quick loop revealed the valet sign. Upon arrival, the friendly staff welcomed us warmly, offering coat check, and the cozy ambiance, complete with chandeliers and an upscale setting, felt perfect for the occasion. Compared to their Bellevue location, the Seattle spot was quieter and more convenient with ideal parking. We began with a few drinks and an assorted antipasti plate, complemented by their delicious freshly baked bread and butter. For the main course, we mistakenly ordered larger pasta portions, but the leftovers were a welcome bonus. The evening ended on a sweet note with a complimentary tiramisu, adding to the thoughtful and memorable experience. I would highly recommend Il Terrazzo Carmine for a date night or celebratory dinner and look forward to returning.

We were lucky to be sat at a great table to enjoy the trapeze show which is fun to see and a different dining experience. The ambience was warm and festive. Our server was lovely. She was friendly and helpful. The food was next level good. Our party enjoyed the lasagna, clam linguine, agnolotti and rigatoni with meatballs. All delicious. For dessert we had the sticky toffee pudding and the cake with pistachios. Also both delicious. Definitely recommend getting a reservation if you can!

We were able to snag a reservation for Spinasse about one month before our visit-even then, the times available were 5 or 9 PM. We opted for 5 PM, and were seated promptly when they opened. My husband and I ordered the Tajarin Al Ragu and it did not disappoint! Loved watched the fresh pasta in the making, and our server was fantastic. Not local to SEA, but would visit again.
