- SSteveNew York City •2 reviews5.0Dined 4 days agoExcellent food and ambience. Customizable meals to accommodate food allergies for my wife and daughter. Ex: Pan fried veal chop with gluten free flour for my wife and fresh Gf pasta for my daughter. They loved it and it was delicious. Homemade pasta was amazing. We were not rushed at all. Excellent wine selections. Cozy atmosphere with a very attentive and friendly staff. Highly recommended. 5 stars from this family of 7.More infoBarolo EastPrice: Expensive• Italian• Midtown East•4.7
- LLisaVIPNew York City •30 reviews5.0Dined 5 days agoWe were so pleased with our first visit to Carmine's. My husband and I usually travel to NYC alone, and have never gone before because we heard how large the portions are - and they are NOT kidding. There were 7 of us for dinner, and we shared a Caesar Salad, Cheesy Garlic Bread, Rigatoni Bolognese, Eggplant Parm, Veal Scallopini, and Tiramisu and it was perfect portions. Only thing we took home was the Garlic Bread (which the 19-year-old scarfed down likely before it made it to the hotel fridge.) Paul our server was fantastic - happy to see our family reunion the day after Christmas with family from Myrtle Beach. The restaurant is crowded and loud, so expect that - but it's a fun environment and you can tell it's mostly families just having a great time. This dinner capped off a perfect day celebrating the 19-year-old's first Broadway Show.More infoCarmine's - 44th Street - NYCPrice: Moderate• Italian• Theater District•4.6
- MMa MilalieNew York City •1 review5.0Dined 7 days agoMy group were 7 adults and a 4 yr old celebrating our traditional family Christmas Eve dinner. The staff were gracious. They were accommodating to my request that we be seated in main dining room and very attentive to the 4yr child order of her favorite crispy Calamari which is not gummy. We all agreed. She was served first! The steaks were delicious and juicy. The Branzino is cooked to perfection as well as the Grilled Octopus and the Shrimp Scampi. The side dishes of spinach, steak fries and mushrooms are so tasty. The Lobster Bisque soup is to die for. All of us agreed this the best dinner experience at Empire Steak House. Most importantly, we have the choice to order either Pre Fixed or Ala carte. Price is right!More infoEmpire Steak House- EastPrice: Very Expensive• Steakhouse• Midtown East•4.6
