Please note we have different menus for lunch and dinner. Yakitori sets and cuts are only offered at dinner service. At lunch, there will be selection of bento boxes, including black cod, wagyu beef and tempura. At Hotori, we grill skewers of free-range, slow-reared chicken over hot charcoal on our custom-made hibachi. Our beak-to-tail menu features 17 Yakitori cuts, accompanied by a curated selection of wines, Japanese sakes and whiskies.     An absolutely sublime meal, the craft, care, passion and artistry demonstrated in the service, food and ambience completely outstanding. Meltingly delicious wagyu beef, sweetly umami glazed miso cod flaking in perfectly cooked translucent chunks, meaty but tender and delicate mackerel and stunning chicken yakitori just a few of the highlights. Service from a coherent, warm and sensitive team was modest, respectful and engaged; we were served by who I believe was the owner; utterly charming, warm, elegant and responsive, informing our experience and articulating the features of the food and the wine with welcome insight and great good humour, wit and delightful radiance.
