The food is exquisite, service was ok, a bit loud ,one thing is annoying- you have to finish food in 1:30 min because there is another reservation pending They serve fast but you can’t enjoy the conversation, your ti is limited and hostess reminds you about the time.

Food was amazing! Wagyu skirt steak was the best! Service was also super friendly and knowledgeable! Definitely recommend!

We had an incredible experience tonight at Bond ST that motivated me to write a review. Walked in on time but my wife was running late, I had a tough day and wanted to sit and the manager didn't hesitate to sit me, I really liked that and appreciated the time to relax. Wife arrived, we each had a drink and the ordering started. Waiter was knowledgable and excellent, humble, personable and good Jon helping with the order. We had the tuna pizza, crispy rice tuna and wagyu skirt steak. The meat was bursting with delicious flavors and perfect, WOW did the tunas deliver a great portion and just perfect taste. We also had some tacos which I would never order but were on par with excellence. pace of service perfect , patience throughout by staff, great attention , and we finished with some sushi that was just fantastic. oh wait, the dessert also just bread pudding beautiful. hats off, great job, appreciate that experience.

100/10 experience, felt like being back in Japan. 6 guests total in the restaurant provided such personal and intimate service. Food was outstanding and so original and creative. Could not recommend more for adventurous eaters looking for something really special.
