Best Japanese Restaurants in Easton

Food was amazing! Drinks were delicious! We were just very confused how they seat people and we were not the only ones. They said something about picking a window seat for an extra $50. I did pay the $50 deposit to confirm the reservation. Everything was great except for that very confusing to a lot of us couples!

The hibachi was tasty. Highly recommend the Wagyu beef selections - it’s a bit more pricey but the taste is well worth it. Don’t forget to check to make sure it comes with the lobster tail. My chef forgot about it so my wife and I ended up getting $20 off each.

Dumplings were insane, sushi rolls are the best in the city, and carbonara hit the spot. The bartender was really cool and made the restaurant feel fun. The ambiance was 10/10 it is a really good restaurant experience as a whole.

The food came out quickly and was very delicious. The service was amazing. The price though was high compared to other restaurants of its kind. 

My husband and I enjoyed an early Valentine's dinner last night. Once again Jeffy Ruby's was perfect! We enjoyed a wonderful bottle of wine and delicious food. Dave our server was excellent and attentive throughout the evening. His recommendations for dessert were spot on, I've never had the butter pie and so glad I chose it, perfection! Of course the steak and lobster were perfectly cooked and delicious, like I would expect from Jeff Ruby's high quality beef and seafood selections. We are already looking forward to dining here again and we are still talking about how great our meals were last night!
