When you walk in the front door you are greeted so kindly. The employees in the bar remember you!! That is amazing! They know your drink preferences!!! The Food!!! It’s always exceptional so delicious and fresh. We Love the Peking Duck and their fried rice is terrific. Jing is one of the greatest restaurants in Summerlin!! It’s not just the food and people it’s beautifully decorated as well!!!

Dining at Nobu in Caesar’s Palace was an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, the service was impeccable, with a warm welcome and attentive care throughout the meal. Mina, our server, was exceptional—thorough, knowledgeable, and always ensuring that every detail was perfect. As for the food, it was nothing short of outstanding. The lobster tempura was perfectly crispy yet tender, bursting with delicate flavors. The wagyu tacos were a highlight—rich, flavorful, and expertly balanced. The lamb chops were cooked to perfection, juicy and full of depth. The king crab tempura was another standout, showcasing fresh, high-quality ingredients with a light, crispy texture. To finish, the vanilla tart was a perfect ending to an incredible meal—light, creamy, and just the right amount of sweetness. Nobu at Caesar’s Palace delivers on every level, from food to service to ambiance. Service was amazing from the moment we walked through the door. The host says immediately greeted and walked me to my seated reservation. I was promptly greeted by someone to get our drink orders. Our server was amazing. The best customer service I’ve ever received at any restaurant. She knew the menu. She had some great recommendations and she was on top of things while taking care of multiple tables for a very busy Sunday night. Our food was amazing. All in my party were raving about how scrumptious our meal and appetizers were. You can tell our sushi was fresh and our food was cooked to order. Great follow through with the staff to check on us to make sure we had everything we need. Overall, I’m super impressed with the level of service and will visit this establishment again in the future when I visit Vegas

Outstanding in every way. Creative cocktails and a good wine selection. Our table chose the pmakase option and we loved everything that was served from presentation to taste. Service was attentive and friendly. Highly recommend!

Pre-Fixe dinner was excellent! Having a shellfish allergy, was able to substitute the 2nd course with chicken bites which was awesome! Short ribs so tender. Crispy rice was very tasty. Our server very attentive along with other staff … made our dinner perfect!
