We always love the food and service at Blue Ribbon. Last night we had the hamachi collar and the seared red snapper -- both absolutely outstanding! We also enjoyed the bean sprouts and watercress salad (warm!!), a favorite, and two of our favorite rolls -- the crunchy tuna and the salmon ikura roll. Terrific service from Nadia, delicious mango sorbet for dessert, and a lovely wine that went great with the meal -- the Rhone. While certain areas in the restaurant can be very noisy, we were in a booth just outside the main dining room and it was perfect. Fantastic meal all around.

Went for my birthday with 2 friends and was blown away by how amazing the sushi was! Even the iced green tea with peach puree was delicious and refreshing. The ambiance was luxurious but not pretentious. We sat in the main dining room with a view of the Hudson River and the Vessel. Staff and service are friendly and welcoming. I’ll definitely be back!!
