Chinya was founded in 1880 as a restaurant in Asakusa, Tokyo. Since its opening, Chinya's sukiyaki has been dedicated to and explored, and is first served with meat covered with the aroma of Senju leek. Afterwards, the sukiyaki is enjoyed to its fullest in a slightly sweetened wariroshi sauce with "zakku", an ingredient we are particular about.
