UNBELIEVABLY AMAZING EXPERIENCE AS USUAL! We love the sushi bar experience and often go early to eat sushi so we can interact with the chefs. This time may have been our favorite, best of any sushi restaurant we have visited in the world. Kudos to Chef T and Kane (I know I didn’t spell those right) for guiding us through a delicious journey of the UME menu. Fell in love with the Tasmanian Trout and Hamachi Belly! Yum yum yum! To Scott for the Ume Cocktail recommendation…I’M A CONVERT! Delectable cocktail you can enjoy year round! CHEERS! See you all again SOON!

Huge variety of nigiri, cold and hot plates! If you have not dined here before, be sure to ask the staff for recommendations. There’s a menu that’s always offered with a rotating seasonal/as-available side menu. Kama toro is to die for and the wagyu or uni risotto is a must order.
