Best Latin American Spanish Restaurants in Forum Shops at Caesars

We called on our way to Firefly, as we were running 15 minutes late, and they were very accommodating. We arrived and the place was about 25% full. We were promptly seated and assisted right away by our server. We ordered drinks and food right away during happy hour. Our food started to arrive before our drinks, which was a little bit of a bummer. We had sparkling sangria and a couple of cocktails ( The new girl) and beer. All the drinks were delish. Wow! Don’t skip this place. The cocktail presentation is an experience in itself. There are steaming elixirs brought to table side. We had several starters that were all amazing—neptunes pillows, waygu Philly cheesesteaks, and cotton candy foie gras. The cotton candy foie gras seems a little adventurous, but highly recommend. We had the Akaushi steak, butter potato puree, and piquillo peppers as an entree. The steak was the best we’ve ever had and the server said it was comparable to Japanese A5 Waygu. Service, food, etc all 5 star. Check it out!

This is one of my favorite restaurants in Vegas. Not only is the food top notch, but how many restaurants can you go to where the Chef and the Owner come to your table to ensure that you are having a great experience and they are genuine about it. I've been many times and I wanted to make a good impression on a first date. My date literally had a foodgasm the food was so good. What the entire TRES Cazuelas crew gave us was a memory that we'll never forget.

Food was delicious. Literally every dish was better than the last! Cocktails were good and the wine list extensive. The selection of dishes was good and they even had breakfast available all day. My son (picky eater) loved this place as much as we did. We will definitely return.
