Best Latin American Spanish Restaurants in St. Pete Beach

We were seated on time with our dinner reservation. We opted to sit outside which was a beautiful evening overlooking the Intracoastal waterway. The service was timely and the waiter was friendly enough. Everyone enjoyed their selection of entrees and we indulged in the flan and the guava turnover for dessert which was delectable. We were glad we chose to sit outside because we noticed the noise level inside was quite loud. We have been to the Columbia Restaurant numerous times and the food quality and taste remains consistent. Always enjoyable.

Table was ready when we got there, Micheal was very nice to adjust our a table to four guest. Our sever Gloria was very nice just the right amount of attentiveness. Food was all very good.

My only regret is that I don’t live closer so that I could experience this fabulous restaurant more often. Glenda took great care of us, and we sat outside on a beautiful night. I highly recommend the scallops, Caesar salad, the tuna entree and the skirt steak with plantains. This was a special anniversary for us, and the dessert- a chocolate confection of mousse with a hard chocolate shell- was divine. Thank you, Selva, for a memorable evening!

As usual, our overall experience was top quality — food, service (we loved Juan), ambience. Unexpectedly, we had an extra special time. It was our anniversary and, unbeknownst to us beforehand, Selva added a couple of extras to our experience that made the evening that more special to us. I’d recommend Selva to most anyone. Favorites for us are their Caesar and House Salads, Skirt Steak and, my personal favorite, their Rack of Lamb, all with Selva’s special herbs, spices and sauces. A Real Treat!
