- HHannahDublin •1 review5.0Dined on Jan 3, 2025One of my favourite places to go, they’re just hired in a wonderful manager which I know from another prestigious restaurant in town. I enjoy both Maximilian’s and the sister restaurant Rudy’s. Maximilian is in particular for dinner, is always good quality with a decent portion size lovely atmosphere lovely staff nice decor and well priced. I would consider this place a hidden gem and worth venturing outside the city centre for.More infoMaximilians BistroPrice: Expensive• Mediterranean• Blanchardstown•4.3
