A Magical Christmas Dinner at Restaurant tbsp! We had the absolute pleasure of dining at Restaurant tbsp in Montreal this Christmas, and it was an experience we’ll never forget. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted warmly by Tatianna, the hostess, who not only made us feel at home but also provided fantastic recommendations for local spots to explore during our visit to Quebec. Our server, Rodrigo, was a true gem. Trilingual, charismatic, and incredibly attentive, he made the evening even more special with his engaging personality and flawless service. He had a way of anticipating every need while adding a layer of joy and entertainment to the meal. Rodrigo is a true professional who elevates the dining experience. Now, on to the food—the highlight of the evening. As a former chef, I can confidently say this was one of the greatest culinary experiences of my life. The menu, crafted by the talented young chef Arthur from France, is nothing short of extraordinary. Arthur’s ability to merge classic French techniques with innovative, forward-thinking elements is pure genius. Each dish felt like a modern ode to tradition, paying respect to French culinary heritage while pushing it into the future. The Noël 2024 menu is superb. We had the most spectacular Christmas lunch at Villa Elin’s with my family of five visiting from United States. It is a wow place from the moment you enter the Chateau. The gentleman playing the piano in the foyer was wonderful as well as the man singing and playing music in the dining room. Our service, food, ambience and everyone there was over the top fabulous. I highly recommend their beautiful place and I want to thank them for giving my family a very happy Christmas.

Food, cleanliness and service was 5 star. Ambiance left more to be desired. Tables too close and noise factor above normal.

We had a great time at the Flamenco night. They had two shows & the dancer, singer & guitar player were great. The terrace was enclosed, insulated & heated so we were very comfortable. The drinks were great & the service was very polite & friendly. Now the food was the cherry on the cake. Everything we had was very good. The anchovies, cheese platter, huge salad, fried calamari, tomato bread, chicken with potatoes bravas & the grilled & oil & garlic shrimps were yummy ! The host/chef couldn’t do more to make us feel welcome & enjoy the whole experience ! We will return for the next flamenco night💃🏿

Had an amazing experience, came 30 min before the kitchen closed and the waiter Chirag made sure everything was served from starter to dessert and even drinks, was reassuring when there was a slight delay but overall exceptional place, employees and highly recommend the potatoes and octopus, don’t forget to arrive early!
