Authentic and flavorful. The salsa was most liked. The guacamole though creamy fell a little short with the flavor with lime and salt. Can be personal preference. The wait staff was very attentive and would return back if local.

Surprised that the sides didn't come with the meals but everything was REALLY good. Jose' the manager was very helpful.

I've been dining at CaraCara in Farmingdale for a number of years and was glad to have one open up nearer to my home. Service was outstanding as was the food. Welcome to the neighborhood!

We were a party of eight with reservations and we showed up early. We were seated immediately. Wait staff was very attentive. Drink selection was outstanding and the drinks were delicious. Made very well. The selection of entrées was great including the children’s menu. Everyone in our party was able to get something they enjoyed very much. The table side guacamole was delicious and included freshly made chips that were still warm. First time coming here upon recommendation from my daughter and we will definitely return next time. We are in the area.
