In unserer kleinen Küche verwirklicht Udo Knörlein, der kochende Part unseres Zweiergespanns, seine kulinarischen Vorstellungen in einer wöchentlich wechselnden Karte. Sein Kochstil ist inspiriert von der französischen, aber auch der deutschen Küche. So findet man in seinen Gerichten oft Spuren seiner fränkischen Wurzeln. Aber auch die schweizerische Wahlheimat, in der er lange gelebt und gekocht hat findet sich immer mal wieder in einem Gericht wieder. Really nice food, excellent service and took the time to explain everything to us in English which we hugely appreciated. I would say that the service feels a little too long - over 4 hours for a 7 course menu is a bit long. We did enjoy it though.
