Then there’s Mark—the mastermind in the kitchen—crafting dishes that are nothing short of spectacular. Every plate is a testament to his skill and passion, with flavors that are bold, balanced, and unforgettable. Whether it’s a classic favorite or a seasonal special, each bite feels like a carefully curated masterpiece. Our server was the absolute best. She is so friendly, personal, and has a great sense of humor! She was also extremely caring and attentive to our every request and question. I sincerely hope to have her as my server the next time I visit, which cannot be soon enough! The food was excellent, including great salads, pasta, and osso bucco. This was my first time seeing Kopke white port outside of Portugal, and there was a beautiful selection of wines.

We loved our meal so much, we made reservations for the next day! Our server was exceptional, and the food was delicious. The worst part about this experience was in writing this review! Not only did they want my cell number AND then a verification, but then they wanted our email, and ANOTHER verification! It’s not like this is a bank account for goodness sake! We just wanted to give credit to our server!

The new tasting menu at the Jory is awesome. Each course was incredibly thoughtful and well executed. Go for the wine pairings - they are a fun mix of local and international wines, with some fun pairings in there you wouldn't expect. Service was friendly and attentive. The Black Cod and Pork Tasting dishes were our favorites. Add the Jory to your list for your next special occasion meal.
