Here’s a polished review for you: Last night, my son and I had the pleasure of dining at Eddie V’s to celebrate his 15th birthday, and the experience was nothing short of outstanding. From the moment we were seated, our server, Katarina, made the evening truly memorable. Katarina was an absolute gem—attentive, warm, and incredibly professional. She went above and beyond to ensure every detail was perfect, from recommending the most delicious menu items to accommodating our every need with grace and efficiency. Her genuine enthusiasm for making our celebration special shone through in every interaction. Not only was the food impeccable, but Katarina’s exceptional service elevated the entire experience. She made my son feel celebrated and even arranged a thoughtful birthday surprise for him, which he’ll always remember. It’s rare to find someone who brings such a personal touch to their work, and Katarina did just that. Thank you, Katarina, and the entire Eddie V’s team, for an unforgettable evening. Nice seafood place on quiet Miami street. The variety of oyster options is impressive. The fish is cooked well.

I will admit I was a bit nervous and not going to lie annoyed about the 2 hour seating limit thinking we wouldn’t have enough time to enjoy our food but, everything came out so fast that we were left with 30 minutes to spare. The food was AMAZING and we tried a lot of different dishes! Every single one was delicious. My friends enjoyed their drinks. The atmosphere was chic, the service was excellent, and the music was great. Would definitely recommend and return.

We had a great meal here. Camille (sp), our waiter, was fantastic. You can't miss him - tall gentleman, wearing a sailor's cap. Very attentive and informative. I have to be gluten free and he was able to guide us through the menu and create a safe meal for dining. We will be there again the next time we are in town.
