- AAlexJacksonville / Northeast Florida •3 reviews5.0Dined 2 days agoPlatea Miami in Pinecrest exceeded all expectations and provided a truly memorable dining experience. From the impeccable service by our server, Adan, to the deliciously curated dishes, everything was top-notch. The appetizers and sides were just as noteworthy. The Tostones had the perfect crispness, and the Fried Ceviche offered a unique twist on a classic, with its fresh and tangy flavors elevated by the crispy preparation. Our table enjoyed a variety of their offerings, and each item was a testament to the restaurant's commitment to quality and flavor. The New York Strip and Filet Mignon were cooked to perfection, tender and bursting with flavor. The Prime Ribeye was equally impressive, showcasing a balance of seasoning and juiciness that any steak lover would appreciate. The Risotto was creamy and flavorful, while the Fungi + Onions added an earthy, caramelized touch to the meal. The Jasmine Rice was a simple yet flavorful side that tied everything together beautifully. We paired our meals with White Sangria, which was refreshing and perfectly balanced--not too sweet, not too tart. Every detail, from the ambiance to the presentation of the dishes, reflected the restaurant's dedication to excellence. Platea Miami is a must-visit for anyone looking for a premium dining experience in Pinecrest. We'll definitely be returning soon to explore more of their menu!More infoPlatea Prime Steakhouse & Ceviche BarPrice: Expensive• Steakhouse• Pinecrest•4.9
