- FFranciscoNew York City •9 reviews4.0Dined 7 days agoI knew the place would be intimate and was happy about that… I knew the food would likely be good and it was…. I knew the service would be good and Gabby lived up to what I expected and more! The night was cold but they should have made their clients comfortable … they kept the door closed but heat was needed. They should have heated the place up much more. They should have checked on us as we did not want to wear coats as others were doing at the bar. I wanted to recommend this place and still feel the food was worthy, but climate control and worrying about your customers should be primary.More infoFusion HK Bar and GrillPrice: Moderate• Latin American• Hell's Kitchen•4.1
- FFernandoNew York City •5 reviews5.0Dined 7 days agoNestled in the heart of New York City, Mission Ceviche is a gastronomic gem that masterfully celebrates the vibrant flavors and artistry of Peruvian cuisine. From the moment you step inside, you’re enveloped in an atmosphere of elegance and warmth. The decor is stunning—modern yet grounded in cultural authenticity, with lush greenery and golden accents that transport you to a tropical haven. The staff is equally enchanting, exuding charisma and passion. Their knowledge of the menu and genuine enthusiasm for the dishes elevate the dining experience to an art form. Each interaction feels personal, ensuring that every guest feels like a cherished part of the Mission Ceviche family. The highlight, however, is the culinary experience itself. The food presentation is nothing short of spectacular—plates arrive at the table as vibrant works of art, almost too beautiful to eat. Each dish bursts with flavor, a harmonious blend of fresh ingredients and innovative techniques that showcase the depth of Peruvian gastronomy. While every dish is a triumph, the octopus ceviche is a masterpiece. Perfectly tender and infused with bold, tangy flavors, it strikes the ideal balance between tradition and modernity. The interplay of textures, from the tender octopus to the crisp accompaniments, makes it unforgettable—a dish worth returning for time and time again. Mission Ceviche is more than a restaurant; it’s an experience, a celebration of flavor, and a testament to the art of hospitality. This is a destination worthy of its place among the world’s finest.
