- AAmeliaMontreal / Quebec •1 review5.0Dined 1 day agoAmazing service, so fast, food was out so quickly. You can see them making the pizza. It is a bit expensive, but it is montreal, and you are paying for the experience. I went during winter and had a window seat. So I got to see so many beautiful lights from my seat.More infoBEVO PizzeriaPrice: Moderate• Pizzeria• Old Montreal•4.4

- NNatashaMontreal / Quebec •1 review5.0Dined 2 days agoLast weekend, my teenage kids and I took a trip to Montreal and had the pleasure of dining at WG on Friday evening. We made a reservation just an hour in advance and were delighted to be seated at a lovely table that offered a great view of the restaurant's vibrant atmosphere. It was the first time for my kids at WG, and it was fascinating to hear their fresh perspectives on every aspect of the experience—the food, the service, and the overall ambiance of the restaurant. To my relief, they were thoroughly impressed with everything. One of the things I appreciated was that the menu has remained almost unchanged for the past 18 years. This allowed me to guide them on what to order, sharing some of my long-time favorites. The food was nothing short of amazing, just as I remembered it from years ago. Each dish was fresh and flavorful, brimming with Mediterranean and Italian influences that made every bite memorable. The variety of options on the menu was impressive and catered to a range of tastes. The decor and atmosphere of the restaurant felt timeless, beautifully complementing the delicious food. The old Italian taverna style, warm tones, and inviting layout created an enjoyable dining environment. As for the service, it truly stood out during our visit. While I'm sure all the staff members are exemplary, our waiter, Brendan, was particularly exceptional. He was not only friendly and professional but also incredibly knowledgeable about the menu. He provided insightful recommendations regarding the ingredients and portion sizes, and he consistently checked in on us at just the right moments without being intrusive. Overall, it was a delightful experience that left a lasting impression on us all, and I can't wait to return to WG in the future.More infoWienstein & Gavino'sPrice: Expensive• Italian• Downtown•4.5
