    The quality of the food was excellent, service was fantastic. Our waitress was very attentive and courteous. Considering it was Christmas Day, some Christmas decorations would have improved the ambience, some bon bons on the tables etc would have made it a more festive atmosphere. If it wasn't Christmas Day, I'd say it was excellent in all respects.

    After a disappointing start e had an enjoyable time in blossom bar. The man on reception at ground floor level told us it was closed despite us having a booking and blossom bar confirming it 24 hours later! Views were great, pizzas were great and had a lovely time there

    We had dinner at the 8.30 booking last night and were served by several different staff - all were the loveliest humans and the perfect combination of friendly, down-to-earth, and helpful.
