We had the roast and it was absolutely delicious. We were way too full for pudding but after seeing the menu we couldn’t resist, we’re so glad we did as the cheesecake and mousse were to die for. The pub had such a homely welcoming vibe and the staff were so attentive and polite. We had a lovely chat with the manager John and could see he puts his heart and soul into what he does and it pays off. We will 100% be recommending this pub and returning! We ordered drinks, and the main course was brought out. It only came to mind later, but they did not ask how I wanted my steak. I was going to wait a little while for the pudding, but when I visited the toilet and came back, the pudding was there.
