An excellent Thanksgiving experience. Our server Gabrielle and everyone that worked with our table of seven was excellent. The food was delicious and the ambience was great. As a lifelong Philly couple, it was our first time at Barclay Prime. Nice experience as our version of Thanksgiving dinner (our 3 kids are all out of town this year). Food was well prepared and, of course, the filet mignon was superb. The price point is a tad out of our reach for us on a normal dining out date (we had a gift certificate) and Barclay Prime is definitely a special occasion venue. Probably will not return (unless another gift certificate is in the offing!) but we did have a lovely evening. Thank you!

Fantastic place in Philadelphia. From app to the unbelievable gelato (gelato master chef is all you need to know) to the outstanding service, (Vincenzo is the best!) you will not be disappointed at choosing Gran Cafe. All pasta dishes are exceptional. Enjoy!! 5 star

Good food and good value for a pre-theater dinner. Waiter was knowledgeable and attentive. General commentary for most wait staff these days and a pet peeve of mine- like many others says “are we” when asking “we diners” a question. Not sure who instructed wait staff to say “we” instead of “you” but it’s incorrect. They are not at table with “us.” Endeavoring to Include themselves in the diner’s experience is overly familiar, incorrect and at times condescending. Nonetheless, They work hard. Tip well!
