Rosa Madre had been on my mind for quite some time, and I finally made a reservation. I started my dinner with the parmigiana—baked aubergine with a rich basil-infused tomato sauce and perfectly melted Parmesan. The flavors were absolutely succulent. For my main course, I chose the gnocchetti, which came with crab in a luscious lobster bisque and Parmesan sauce. Every bite was perfectly balanced and packed with flavor. Next was the Irish roast chicken—tender, baked to perfection, and served with a rich gravy and seasonal vegetables. To end the meal on a sweet note, I had the chocolate fondant, accompanied by a side of hazelnut ice cream—an absolutely delicious pairing. I washed it all down with a glass of Prosecco, sharp and crisp, the perfect way to round off the evening. All in all, a fantastic Italian dining experience. If you’re looking for quality Italian food in town, Rosa Madre is definitely worth a visit!

Absolutely amazing experience for Sunday lunch. The staff,food,ambience and service was perfect. The portion sizes were spot on and the kids menu was great too. We had a drink before and after dinner and the service was really good and staff very friendly. We are really looking forward to returning. Thanks so much.

We went for valentine's night and had the special valentine's dinner it was delicious and the dessert was to die for our table service was super. We finished off our wine downstairs in the bar with a great guitar player entering us with some lovely tunes We booked for this night and were not disappointed we will be back
