She gave advice on what her favorites and answered all our questions about the menu. The food was delicious and the portions were large. We started off with the calamari appetizer and they were crunchy on the outside and so soft on the inside. Sometimes calamari can be so chewy, but tonight's was so soft and tender. I had the filet and shrimp. Filet was cooked to medium as I ordered and seasoned very well. The mashed potatoes and veggies were cooked perfectly and the shrimp being on skewers made for nice presentation and the seasoning made them so tasty. My friend had the ahi two ways and the plate was so full of food we joked it should be called ahi two ways for two people. The seared ahi was cooked perfectly and the ahi poke reminded you of being in Hawaii. Finished off the meal with pineapple sorbet and dulce de leche gelato. Both hit the spot. Atmosphere was festive as it's getting close to Christmas. Scott's prices are a little pricey, but with all restaurants having raised prices you get very good value quality and quantity for what you pay for. Highly recommend Scott's Seafood for special occasions, date night, business meals, group meals, birthdays, anniversaries and if you're looking for a delicious meal with great service. Thank you Ashley and Scott's for a super dinner. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to you and your families.More infoScott's Seafood on the RiverPrice: Expensive• Seafood• Sacramento•4.6

- DDianaSacramento / Sacramento Valley •3 reviews5.0Dined 7 days agoWow. Just wow…. I took my fiancé to Allora last night for his birthday. Everything was top notch. The decor, special touches on the menu for his birthday, service, somm….and the FOOD!! So thoughtfully done and delicious. We chose the wine pairing and happy that we did. The sommelier certainly knows what she’s doing. We loved each and every course/pairing. Thank you to ALL who made our experience so wonderful. Needless to say, we will be back ☺️.More infoAlloraPrice: Very Expensive• Seafood• Sacramento•4.9
