We were advised by the GM that he would seat us with another server that would provide a great dining experience. It was our son’s 19th birthday (noted on the reservation). We were seated at a window table with a view of the beach, a little birthday confetti, and card on the table at the place setting where our son was seated. Patricia was our server. Mike (GM) did a great job pairing her with us - She did provide excellent service!! We started with a seafood plate including shrimp cocktail, oysters, and stone crab claws. This was served with a trio of condiments, including a mustard sauce, minionette, and horseradish. The platter was smoking from dry ice, it was a great presentation. I had the wedge salad, no bacon, added red onion. Patricia took a table picture before the sky was dark with the smoking seafood platter. For entrees, we ordered the Blue crab stuffed lobster tails (2 Petit main lobster tails stuffed with crab cake), with mashed potato, asparagus, and a small cup (~ 1-2 oz) of lobster bisque to drizzle over the tails. My husband had the miso glazed sea bass over crab fried rice. A nice size piece of fish over rice and topped with a light cucumber slaw. I had the Pappardelle Bolognese (plant based sausage and meatballs in a tomato sauce with cashew ricotta over pappardelle pasta). Chefs kiss for this vegan entree! Trulucks did a great job creating a hearty, flavorful and well seasoned vegan entree!! Desserts — Our birthday boy was then presented with a a beautiful Baked Alaska. We also had carrot cake topped with caramel sauce and pecans, and a chocolate layer cake with cream cheese/peppermint icing topped with hot fudge sauce. The service manager, Titus, came by to introduce himself, thank us for dining at Trulucks, and wish our son a HBD. Class. Another successful dining experience - Thank you!More infoTruluck's - Ocean's Finest Seafood & Crab - Fort LauderdalePrice: Expensive• Seafood• Central Beach•4.8

From the friendly valet staff then the hostess and the serving staff, they make you feel welcomed. Drink menu is very good and the wine selections are a great pairing for any item on their menu. The location and ambiance makes for a pleasurable dining experience. On our visit (This is one of their busiest weeks of the year) we chose to sit in the patio area to enjoy the night air. Our server was most attentive and informative with our menu questions and wine selections. Food was prepared to perfection, seafood fresh and came out hot. This was quite a task being as busy as they were. We had a wonderful time, as usual as we always count on them for a great dinner or celebrating an occasion with family.More infoSea Watch On the OceanPrice: Expensive• Seafood• Lauderdale by the Sea•4.7
- RRachelTampa / Central Florida West •2 reviews5.0Dined 5 days agoFood and cocktails were great! It was a little loud and the music (house/dance music) was an odd choice for a finer dining restaurant but honestly didn’t take away from the a good girls dinner and the food. I would 100% go back for the artichoke chops and the truffle brussel sprouts alone. The sea bass and the branzino were both amazing pieces of fish, and the steaks were cooked perfectly.More infoBoatyardPrice: Expensive• Seafood• Harbordale•4.6

They serve love on a plate at Mastro’s! The staff is always warm and welcoming when I return. Preston, the manager stopped by the table to insure everything was satisfactory. David & Steve were very gracious in greeting us. Stefan provided excellent service throughout the evening. It is a pleasurable experience dining at Mastro’s each and every time.
