The food was absolutely amazing, Salmon melted in my mouth. The service was very attentive. I would recommend to anyone looking for an awesome meal

For Central Jersey, this was without doubt the finest meal I ever ate, in a relaxed intimate atmoshpere and all reasonably priced too. Our waiter John, was most attentive and also helped in making a great wine selection. My partner and I often go into New York City and we also loved the option to enjoy a "Pre Fixe" dinner, as we do before B'way shows. We are already considering our dining time for Christmas day and have newlywed neighbors, anxious to come with us. The GOAT will definetly be our "go to" dining experience when we want great food in an upscale setting, without the NYC prices. Outstanding menu, specials, desserts, and service! Wow, I went with the whole grilled branzino entree which is not my usual. But it was absolutely amazing. Kudos to the entire staff from the hosts and servers who provided excellent service.

Terrific food, nice specials, great drinks and beer on tap. Service (esp. our waiter Ramsey), was outstanding!!! Stroll in town or along the docks post-dinner. Love this place!

For us, this was a special occasion meal and the food and the service were top shelf. We were a little taken back by the sticker shock, but the drinks, steak, salad, lobster, and appetizers were so good, I can’t complain. However, we were very surprised by the dress of the clientele. People were wearing sweats and sneakers in what I consider to be a very expensive and high end restaurant. Our waiter Pierre was an absolute pro. This is not a place for me to frequent often but maybe once or twice a year for a special occasion.
