My two girlfriends and I had a great catch up at Pure South for lunch, The staff were attentive and social with a few laughs to be had. Food (seafood marinara) was fresh and the bisque light (not heavy with cream). Wine showcased Aussie wines which are always a favourite. I've eaten there numerous times with family and friends over the years and it's always been a great experience.

As always the Waterfront ambience was great and the service and food was excellent as always. We have never had a bad meal or service when we have eaten at the Waterfront Southgate.
