The food is consistently good and the atmosphere is calm and laid-back and we usually get excellent service. Tonight’s experience was generally good, but we were seated in a booth with a speaker directly overhead, and some of the music was irritatingly loud. Not all of it, but a few songs seemed piercing and a little above the expected volume for this type of restaurant.  The three of us enjoyed different starters from grilled artichokes to lobster bisque to the field green salad and all were very well presented and delicious. We started with hot tea, however, and our waitress brought the hot tea to the table, but did not offer or bring any form of sweetener for the tea And she did not return to check on us for a very long time so we had to ask another staff member to bring us, honey and other sweeteners.  Later, we enjoyed entrées like the grilled trout, the rotisserie chicken and an order of meatballs. These are all excellent as well, but throughout the meal, our server was a little less present than we would’ve liked.
