My favorite thing about Ruth’s Chris is consistency. They nail the ribeye every single time, to perfection. On top of that, their wait staff always makes me feel at home. Very pleasant experience all around.

Our family's Christmas dinner experience at Chart House in Annapolis was incredible. The dinner was delicious and the service was impeccable. Our waiter made perfect recommendations regarding wine choices and dinner entrees and was attentive throughout our dining experience.

It was a great experience. The only small thing. We were seated in the back originally. I mentioned we were celebrating something. Back in the day there was a card on table. None this year. There was a lamp on the table but it was off. It was dark and quiet. I asked to be reseated where the live music was playing near the bar. It was my friend first time and she said EVERYTHING was flavorful. The one bartender male I think bald head service was good. The lady short care simply did the job. Thanks again.

Great Holiday Dinner! Our server was phenomenal—unfortunately, I don’t recall his name, but he’s been with the restaurant since its opening many years ago. The staff made sure my children could enjoy their meals while having a wonderful time. The ambiance was fantastic, and the food was exceptional. Absolutely no complaints!
