- GGavinDublin •1 review5.0Dined 3 days agoBouef & Coq – A Perfectly Balanced Dining Experience My girlfriend and I had the pleasure of dining at Bouef & Coq today, and from start to finish, it was an exceptional experience. The ambiance was warm and inviting, with a stylish yet relaxed atmosphere that made for the perfect date night setting. We started with two expertly crafted cocktails, which set the tone for the evening. The mixology here is on point—balanced flavors, refreshing, and made with quality ingredients. For starters, we opted for the calamari, which was lightly crispy on the outside while remaining tender inside, paired with a flavorful dipping sauce that complemented it beautifully. For the main course, we shared the selection of steak cuts, and it was nothing short of perfection. Each cut was cooked exactly to our preference, showcasing the quality of the meat and the skill of the kitchen. The variety allowed us to appreciate different textures and flavors, making every bite a delight. The bottle of wine we chose paired seamlessly with the meal, enhancing the richness of the steak without overpowering it. Service was attentive yet unobtrusive, with staff who were knowledgeable about the menu and happy to offer recommendations. The pacing of the meal was just right, allowing us to fully enjoy each course without feeling rushed. Overall, Bouef & Coq delivered a fantastic dining experience that struck the perfect balance between quality food, great service, and an inviting atmosphere. Whether you're celebrating a special occasion or just in the mood for a top-tier steak, this place is well worth a visit. We’ll definitely be back!More infoBoeuf & Coq (Suffolk Street)Price: Moderate• Steakhouse• South City Centre•4.4
