Staff always professional. Chef accommodates special requests and diet restrictions. And the manager, Lane, always greets us with open arms. He is the reason we choose to dine at Shanahans versus another steak house.

Service is top notch!! WOW is this ever a popular eating establishment. That was my only complaint. I could barely hear the person sitting across from me in the booth. A gem of a restaurant but so crowded at lunch on a Friday. Wasn’t expecting that.

This was our second time to dine here. Love the ambience. The food in general was not as good this time as it was when we dined here last year.

The service , food and atmosphere was excellent . We came with some friends for my wife’s birthday and had a variety of dishes in our party from steak to lobster to stuffed shrimp to a crusted sole . I had a house special which was a trio of filet medallions with three different toppings . Was very tasty and cooked exactly the way I asked . Everyone else really liked their dishes and they went out of their way to have the table ready with small birthday decorations and a card before we arrived . First time there and we left very full and happy

The food was exceptional, the ambiance was perfect, and the service was nothing short of stellar. A special thank you to Pedro and Jennie at the host stand for greeting us with such warmth and making us feel immediately at home. Our server, Samantha B., truly went above and beyond to ensure that our dining experience was seamless and enjoyable. This visit was a celebration of a special family occasion, and we couldn’t have chosen a better place to share such a moment with our loved ones. The attention to detail and genuine care from the staff made the evening unforgettable. While it’s not uncommon for Michelin-caliber restaurants to have General Managers and chefs visit tables, the personal touch from Justyn, the General Manager, was particularly meaningful. His kind words and thoughtful gesture of a complimentary appetizer made the evening even more special, especially as we celebrated my mom’s birthday. The music selection, featuring nostalgic 1980s Pop Classics and Top 40s hits, added to the positive, vibrant atmosphere, making the experience feel all the more memorable.
