He knew when to appear and he took care of ALL of our needs. We brought a couple to celebrate a birthday and they were so amazed by everything: the delicious food and variety, the atmosphere, the excellent live music in the dining room, and Captain Alex’s fine service! This was our third Sunday Brunch and we’ve enjoyed dinner with you many times over the years. My expectation is that Alex be promoted to Major, as he deserves the promotion. Hopefully, the next time we dine with you Alex will take care of us and I will see clusters on his collar! Thank you for a wonderful birthday celebration. Jenny was friendly and smiled every time she interacted with us. She was attentive particularly refilling our water and tea prior to us asking. Our food came out timely and the correct temperature. Each member of our party enjoyed their delicious meal. I highly recommend the Knife and Fork Cob.
