He is too loud and not particularly talented. This is not a piano bar. I personally don’t think he belongs in this type of setting. If he wants to sing a soft, happy birthday to a patron, that’s great, but he doesn’t need to continue to serenade them for three or four more songs at the top of his lungs. Our server Leo was great and very attentive. The only misstep was having to send back the burger multiple times. The manager was gracious and comped it.
