Best Steakhouses in Charlestown

I ordered my steak "black and blue" and it was a bit over cooked to my liking. Since sending it back stresses out my husband I decided to keep it but was none the less disappointed in part because I had eaten half of it before the server even checked on us. Had he checked on us sooner I would have likely sent it back. I am always surprised when steak houses can't get steak doneness perfected.

Everything was delicious except the Mac and cheese which was overcooked and flavorless

Huge thank you for an absolutely outstanding Christmas Eve meal - Chris, our server, was truly head and shoulders above the rest and was so incredibly thoughtful and attentive. It was the best dining experience we had in a long time. Not to mention, our meal was phenomenal. Thank you!

The service was excellent. We both had medium rare Filets. Mine was rare, my wife's was medium rare. The broccolini and truffle mashed potatoes were both delicious. The prices are high, be warned! All-in-all, a pretty good experience.

Boston Chops (South End) is a neighborhood gem. It's not your "grandfather's" steak house. It brings an urban vibe in a chic atmosphere to an old bank vault. The steak cuts are excellent and the service is fantastic. Also, generous non steak entree options. Look out for the specials. Great bar seat dinning too.
