    My Waitress, Kristine?, was absolutely AMAZING! I do not have words to describe her professionalism. She was patient and composed, she treated me VERY WELL on my bday! And put up with so, so, much from my very drunk and obnoxious friend. Who did not end up staying. She was an absolute god send. She turned my bday from sad to happy. Very professional and very kind!     We visited Hy’s in Vancouver as we had eaten at the Whistler location and enjoyed it. The service was excellent in Vancouver as well. The Caesar salad was a little smaller than I remembered it from before which was unfortunate as my wife and I split it. I also wish that they had all the cuts of beef with a bone in or out option. Our server, Benjamin, was excellent and attentive.
